Here Are Some Tips That Helped me Lose 10kgs of Weight two Times!
1- Eat Healthy! Iam Not gonna tell you to Eat salads and vegetables all Day but cutting on the fast foods you eat and replacing them with fruits is a great way of controlling Your Calories Intake! I've Done That and Its Easy To stop Eating Junk Foods.
2- Excercise! Without excercising you cant lose weight. Excercising boosts our metabolism rate which results in burning of more Calories! You Dont Have to Run 4 miles or spend 3 hours in Gym. Just Start with 30 minutes of Brisk Walking Every day and Slowly day by day increase the amount of Time! And when you get to a poin where you can brisk walk for an hour then add 10 minutes of jogginf with it! There You go!
3- Follow The step 1 and 2! In order to lose 1 pounds of weight in a week you need to burn 500 calories a day!
So You Do it by eating 250 calories less than you need and by burining 250 calories by excercising!
4- Eat Slowly! It has been proved That Our brain takes 20 minutes to make us feel that we're full! so Eating slowly will help you Feel Full and You wont Over-eat!
5- Take a Sip of Water after every bite! taking a sip of water after every bite will make You Full quick!
6- Drink 2 glasses of water before Every meal! Drinking water before, after and During You're meals makes you feel Full fast and You wont Over-eat! :)
7- Drink Green Tea! Drinking Green Tea Boosts metabolism Rate and Burn alot of calories! In a recent research It was proved that drinking green tea before excercing results in burning two times more calories!
8- Never Skip BreakFast! Its has been proved that eating breakfast early in the morning boosts our metabolism rate and helps us burn more calories throughout the Day!
